I love water but I don't think about it enough. I don't spend time tasting it though I remember the specific moments when it actually tastes delicious or tastes bad. In between the delicious and the bad there is a lot of murkiness. Two thirds of our bodies are composed of water.

I am going to post about water later this evening, with trepidation... I've been learning a lot about it myself as of late and while it's not that dire, it's been eye opening. Water is obviously vital to our survival, I might even go so far as to say that it is at the top of the list in terms of importance. There is a lot of variety in the quality of water, it's not just water is water, there are different tastes, minerals, ways of processing, etc, and each kind has it's energetic significance to our health. In Chinese Medicine and in any medicine, water is what nourishes us and often is overlooked as being a healing source. Most people simply don't drink enough good water, either from lack of access or lack of habit.
