Breakfast in the Winter: Cold vs. Warm

Since returning from warm and sunny Thailand where having a plate of cool papaya or juicy pomelo for breakfast made sense, I began to flounder on what to nosh on in the (incredibly) cold mornings here in Chicago.

It is a lovely coincidence to celebrate both (Saint) Valentines Day and the Year of the Tiger on the same day, you can do both, or pick one over the other.

Apparently there are differing opinions on why Saint Valentines Day is celebrated.
