I'm deep in the incredibly layered and rich history of honey at the moment, so ... the honey posting I keep promising is not ready! I need more honey, more research, more sweetness before I can share it on here.

Since starting this blog just over a few months ago, this will be my first entry on travelling medicine, sharing the local treasures you can use if you find yourself in need of some medicinal food whilst visiting somewhere away from home.
